Anchor feature not working

I love this software! It saved me after CS merged two chapters together in my book. What a nightmare! I was able to fix my file on my own. After that debacle, I decided to format on my own from now on.

I'm able to export epub and mobi files from my Storyist software; however, it doesn't create chapter hyperlinks. In Sigil, when the input ID box opens, I can't type anything into it. I'm suspecting it's a Mac issue. (I'm using version 10.8.2).

Are there any fixes for this, or a place where I can learn how to make the hyperlinks to go back to the TOC?
