Perserving Library Data?
Hi there, I was wondering if it was possible to preserve Metadata/Library data after removing the books from Calibre? If I were to remove 'Files of a specific format' whilst leaving the .opf format, will it check itself against future additions of the same titile?

You don't know about that OPF (Because you are not supposed to be peeking under the skirts)

Using Calibre to 'Remove Formats' (or deleting a format in the metadata editor) Leaves behind an 'Empty Book' (Just the Library entry)
