Is there any noticeable difference in the new Kindle Touch Firmware version 5.3.2.1? Does USE_ALT_FONT still work?

Sorry for the misinformation. I was just going by what it says on Amazon's 5.3.2.1 update page (linked above). I don't have a Kindle Touch, so I can't check for myself.
