NDS901 (Case)
Hello Fellow e-reader junkies
![]() I was looking for a case for my shiny new 505 and i came across a Nintendo DS case at target, the 505 fit snugly inside the case and it has room for a memory card and usb cable in its front pouch. Its not a hard case but in my opinion it has enough padding to not worry about the 505 if you throw it in a bag with books and stuff. I wrote a lenghtier( and better organized ) thread describing it but i lost it and was too lazy to write it again, if anyone has any questions about it i'll happily answer them. At the rest area just west of Worcester on the Massachusetts Turnpike (I assume other states have similar rest areas with several fast foot restaurants as well as gadget centers and sunglass/purse sales centers) I found an ideal shoulder bag for $12.95 (plus tax) which is similar to the Nintendo bag but a bit roomier, so the reader isn't too snug yet is protected just as well, and compartments for other things, such as the Reader charger, a USB cable, an MP3 player, Cell Phone, whatever. It's ideal for what I was looking for, since when I carry the reader anywhere other than my sports jacket pocket or in my hand I usually want some other electronics with me as well.

These cases probably won't be of interest to men nor even to all women, but I found the Vera Bradley mini hipster works perfectly to carry my PRS-505. The reader fits in the main zippered compartment like it was custom-designed for it. There is also a zipper pouch on the front flap that I carry some earbuds in. There's an open slip-in sleeve on the back that holds my iPod mini (clip-on case for security) and one of those tiny travel LightWedge lights.

Thanks JanetCinNC! Went and got one in one of the discontinued prints and got an additional %25 off! Fit's the reader like a glove - it's hard to believe that it wasn't made for it!
