Winter white morning

Woke up this morning to be greeted by a winter white fuzzy wonderland. Time to dig out my winter boots...

A white morning here too, but not due to snow, but frost.
Tradition says we can expect our first nightly frost in the period from Oct. 28th till Nov. 1st, so tradition seems pretty accurate, isn't it?

Same here - the last two mornings we've had a nice heavy coat of frost on everything in the morning.

All my container flowers are gathered up under our back porch roof. Hopefully they make it ok there until it goes back up to normal temps somewhere around Halloween.

Another morning, and it stopped snowing. But it's still white outside, and we're expecting more snow next weekend.

Cold, dry and sunny here - great winter weather (if one forgets that we still have autumn). And I am too very jealous of the snow.

Only to think about the weather we had a week ago.... This change is a bit too fast for me

Rumor has it, it might snow here tomorrow. But we have rain on the schedule for the rest of the week, so I don't think the snow will be on the ground long.

Tell me about it!! Had a guy for the heating (which didn't work properly) come to us this morning. Now we're ready for the next big ice storm!

Fizzy, fortunately we had no rain after the snow. Today is a sunny day with blue skies. I am enjoying it for as long as it lasts.
