Book vs flip covers

Hey there,

So I'm looking for a case for my new glo. I've had my old sony ereader for years and have always had a book style cover for it (one that you open sideways)

Tuff-luv are currently doing some pretty cool embossed leather cases as you might have seen, such as this one here.

What are flip covers like, are they as nice to hold?

Thanks,
Bytes

I had a flip type cover for ages with my Sony 650. I really liked it. I found it as easy as a book type cover to hold and better if I ever wanted to prop it up to read without holding it. Mine was a Tuff-luv cover, albeit a bit plainer looking than the one you linked to. I was actually a bit disappointed that I couldn't find a flip cover for my T2.

Probably, though, this is all about personal preference. If you liked the book type cover, it may be best to stick with it?

I've had a number of covers from Tuff Luv and got on really well with them. I eat out a lot alone and like the Aframe stand for propping up my ereader while at the table.

But, I don't like they fact that they are simply offering Touch covers as Glo covers, they are not the same!

My advice to everyone is to wait until proper Glo covers are being pushed by third party sellers. You'll be unhappy if your Glo is in a Touch cover, and TuffLuv cases aren't cheap.

Yeh the tuff-luv ones do look good so glad that people think they're good as well.

I was also worried that the extra bit off the bottom would cause the straps to cover the page slightly? Might have to have a little experiment with the dimensions...
