Acknowledging your help

I think I've got my e-book more or less the way I want it and envisage moving away from creation to conversion, ie from Sigil to Calibre.
I could not have done it without the help of posters who were kind enough to reply to my requests for help on this forum. That being the case, I'd like to include them on my Acknowledgements page.

I thought I would use your forum names unless:

a) you preferred your real names (you do have real names, right?)

or

b) you wished not to be acknowledged.

If you would like me to use your real name but don't want to put it on a public forum, please will you PM me.
