Any software love for the kindle touch?
Well, I just read some posts about the new kindles that seem very nice. I have the kindle touch and I'm not planning on updating anytime soon.

I was wondering, has Amazon said anything about the kindle touch lately? I'd really like to have the "1 min left on chapter" "4 hours left on book" option in the bottom left corner. Isn't this something that can be added with a software update?

It looks like the Kindle Touch has been discontinued, so it's unlikely that Amazon will update it with the new features of the Kindle Paperwhite

Suddenly feeling like I should have gone with the Sony reader. I don't live in US so much of the Amazon's services are not available for me anyway.

I hope they at least add some additional fonts and cover view.
