Latest kindle and TTS

I occasionally use TTS on my k3. It's pretty good except for a couple of annoyances. One, it pauses after Mr. (say mister, then pause, like it's a period). More seriously, it doesn't pause for chapter breaks, or blank paragraphs, or section breaks indicated by

or similar marks, which can really throw you off.

Has that been improved on the k4?

The K4 has no audio capabilities.

The TTS on the K5 (aka Kindle Touch) are pretty much the same as the K3.
