Anyone heard of a T1 "slowing up" after 150 or so pages on most books ?
Anyone any ideas as to reason this may be happening ? Apart from the ever reliable "duff/gorn wrong/charge it up/shot" ........ ![]() |

this used to happen to me on my 505 for books that weren't properly split up into small xhtml files.
But on the T1 I haven't noticed this at all... |

I noticed this with non-ocr pdfs only (so far). In one case I had to reset the unit - not because it froze, but because it was taking minutes. The reset worked, which made me think it's a RAM problem (flushing?).

How much internal memory do you have left.... if you are close to maxing it out you may have some"swapping" going on a "ram problem" as already suggested, this would be very evident on a graphics laden pdf... try doing a soft reset or a power re-cycle on a regular basisand see if that helps it
