Pixelar Mreader frozen

Hello, I wonder if someone can help. I charged up my Mreader as I haven't used it for a long time. I put a few books on it using the usb lead. I unplugged it without releasing it in the correct way, and now it has frozen. I just pressing reset (the hole in the back) but that has done nothing. The on/off switch just causes it to reboot, and then it gets stuck at the title screen. I found the latest firmaware, so I put that on a memory card, and it loaded this up. However, despite this being successful, it is still frozen.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi, one thing I didn't say was, I put the books on the main drive of the ebook reader. I wonder if there is a way to wipe the drive clear when I can't get the PC to recognise it? I would be so happy if I can get my Mreader S6 sorted. Pleeeease can someone help? (I have had it a year and bought it on Ebay so I can't send it back. Thanks).
