After Calibre 0.8.64, Kindle 4 not working (OS X)
I have just installed Calibre 0.8.64. I then proceed to connect my kindle 4, wich has been working without any problem until now, and my computer (iMac with Lion OS X) detects it -even Calibre does (downside it says "calibre version 0.8.64 created by Kovid Goyal....connected Amazon Kindle"), and I can click on the "device" label to see the book on my device (and even if they are also on my library)-, but I can't see, from the library label, wich books are also on my Kindle (the green tick does not appear), and if I try to send a book to the device it says "no device found".
Any idea on what can be happening? Thanks in advance. Cheers, |

You are probably affected by this problem: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=187555
You can run console.app and post the output to confirm. |

Is this a Mac-only bug, Kovid?

Yes, it is mac only and only a few macs at that. In any case I have uploaded a fixed mac build of 0.8.64, re-download that and you should be fine.
