Can't upgrade jailbroke Kindle Touch to 5.1.1

I jailbroke my kindle with launcher and firmware 5.0.4

I can't upgrade to 5.1.1 .. I got Error 006 everytime

I did factory reset 2 times .. but it didn't delete the launcher thing

I don't know how to uninstall the jailbreak or the launcher

someone help me plz

This kind of thing is discussed in the Developer's Corner forum, although some developers occasionally post here too. You may want to read the "simple debricking" sticky thread in that forum for some ideas. Also check out the K5(touch) hacking wiki, indexed in the master index sticky thread.

The (arguably) simplest way is to flash an original unhacked main firmware image and main linux kernel, as described in the above locations.

First: there is no update to 5.1.1. There is an update to 5.1.0, and an update to 5.1.2. Amazon clearly states how they have to be applied.

Second: There are uninstallers for the jailbreak and the launcher. You don't need to uninstall the jailbreak, but you should uninstall the launcher. The uninstaller is in the very package that you installed it from. If you don't have the package anymore, re-download it.
