open with plugin error

Hello, I couldn't find a thread about this problem so I opened a new one.

I have Calibre 0.8.60 running under Windows 7 and I just installed the "open with" plugin which looks great, but it doesn't work. When I try to open an epub with Sigil, I get the following error message :

I guess it's a python error. Is there anything I can do to make the plugin work?

If it is the same issue it is caused by a strangely named author for the book.
