Device compatibility

I purchased a new 8 inch tablet for my wife and need some help getting it to work with Caliber. It is a Mediacom 850I, comes up as a "Full AOSP on Rk29sdk" onGoogle play. Mediacom is an Italian company, but I'm sure it is made in China by Foxconn like almost every other tablet and laptop out there. The nice thing aabout it, was the cost 120 Euro pretty good specs and ICS installed. It works great, but Caliber doesn't recognize it.

Anyone have any ideas how to make the two talk to each other?

So far the only bad thing is a laco of bluetooth.

I have tried every version for over a month, none are able to connect with my wife's Medialcom tablet running ICS (OEM ROM) or my Nook Color running AOKP ICS.
