Hi I am frm Dubai, UAE. Just purchased a PRS 505 through ebay in america and waiting its arrival.

Seeing experience of members from non american nations, i am worried about purchase problems with ebooks on net.

Hi there! I don't know--people have had mixed results, or at least I have.

I'm in Europe and I too bought my 505 over eBay because the sonystyle store didn't like my Czech credit card. Thing is, the sony ebook store accepted it with no problem and my device is registered and I'm downloading books and using coupons with no problem. I guess, give it a try.

Thanks friends. My 505 still to be delivered.

Like u mentioned i noticed many books in this site. Few downloaded and browsed through SONY ebook library viewer.

So far i used (still using) QTEK phone 4 reading lit books. The larger screen of Sony might be a different experience all together.
