Sony 300 not seen after Sony T1

I purchased a Sony T-1 and now my daughter's 300 is recognized by the Reader software but not Calibre. I made sure it was authorized and everything is the current upgrade - here is the debug log - thanks!

Edited: After launching Reader software again, it is now detecting it. I will report if bug reoccurs.

Quick question - are you trying to attach them both at the same time? You can only do one at a time. I'm hesitant enough that I close Calibre and reopen it when trying to attach a different reader, although I'm not sure that's necessary.

Don't run Sony's software and Calibre at the same time.

Thanks guys, I wasn't. Ironically, it was in accidentally doing so that the problem resolved. Sometimes the wrong thing turns out to be the right thing.

Clarifying - only one device attached. When giving up on Calibre and launching Reader I forgot to close Calibre out - suddenly Calibre saw it after 90+ minutes of not. Go figure.
