Kobo screen broken...

Tried the reset button on back, fully charged, and still nothing. When I power it on, the screen changes somewhat but stays messed up.

Would someone be able to post the button sequence to get to factory reset, like, power on, hit home, go down two with the d-pad, etc..? Think that's the last hope, even then, not feeling too great!

Thanks!

Partial screen updates is almost always a symptom of a broken backplane.
