Currently, there are 5 freebie pre-orders from the Meadowbrook imprint, which IIRC is some division of Simon & Schuster. I've no idea whether these are intended to be free, or it's just price-glitching.

Anyway, there are 4 childrens/YA adventure tales (which may end up being more promo freebie shorts from the Girls to the Rescue series) and a baby food cookbook slated for release in June and July.

I tracked down the four stories - should be 75-120 or so pages each, self-contained (they appeared in print about a decade ago, originally).

The baby food cookbook is two chapters from another book.

However, the dinner party book, marked "sample" appears to contain recipes for two full themed parties.

FYI, Meadowbrook does not seem to be a dedicated Christian imprint of Simon & Schuster, but instead their dedicated kids & parents/grandparents "family" imprint, judging by the catalogue contents.
