Hi all
Sorry to ask such a broad question, but I have a problem and will adapt my situation to the solution. So quite simply, I am borrowing books from my libraries overdrive in both EPUB and PDF formats and I wish to be able to add an annotation to what I'm reading. At this stage its purely proof of concept to see if it can be done with DRM content. I will worry about what happens when the book expires etc later. I would prefer this to be on an android platform, but if I need to get an ipad, then so be it. Failing that, I'm curious if any PC platform can do it. I'm also curious to know if its possible with kindle format. Thanks |

Kindle (including the apps) can certainly do it. Don't know about ePub.

DRM shouldn't influence the eReaders annotation feature.

You can annotate on Kobo Touch, desktop etc. I have a not very real Facebook page (no friends, not public) and I "share" my annotations there so that I can more easily copy and paste them elsewhere (and keep them even if I delete the book).
