99 cents for the app on iTunes or from Google Play, for those who don't Amazon or want it on both platforms. Looks like most of the rest of the Audubon apps are 1/2 price at Amazon and Google (spotty sale at iTunes, some still full price).

I having problems getting the Birds to work on my Coby Tablet...any

For iOS devices, there are more free apps in the App Store:

Audubon Birds of Central Park
Audubon Owls of North America
Beidler Forest -- about the Audubon Center located there

Audubon's book - The Birds of America - is available online and as a $0.99 app in the App Store.

Thanks!! I'm a Sibley birder (I paid a whopping $29.99 for the Sibley app) but that didn't stop me from snapping up Audubon Birds and Audubon Birds Central Park for my iphone.

Well, normally you'd get a promotion to "Wizard", but looks like you've got a custom user-title already.

Yeah, if you reset your user-title to the default setting, then you'll be a Wizard.

Mine's actually a custom title (and a Discworld joke). I did wait until I got to 1000 posts before applying it (and I'm kind of tempted to add a few extra zeds for every extra thousand I go up).

Awesome... just bought the iOS version on sale for $.99. I've always been a bird fan, but always neglect to lug around my heavy bird book!
