I do, from time to time. My favorite so far has been a course on Critical Reasoning for beginners from Oxford University. At the moment I am watching a course on the history of religions from a French university.

Open University has a range of great courses in Cultural Studies and Ecology/Evolution...
EDIT: and these are not just podcast collections but real course books with video, audio and iBooks that save notes to the main course folder... pretty good system I think...
