Own a EE OR PE? Read to help as community.

I have posted on this half a year ago. The replies were very supportive. The previous post was about the Skyfire Explorer that runs Flash videos through it. Anyone that has tried knows that it plays, but the 'Loading' popup screen gets in the way as the video plays. The last post was about me informing the community of this problem and a link (HERE) to Skyfires forums where I brought this problem to their attention.

The reason I am bringing this up again is because any input/support shown in the Skyfire forum could show there is a significant push for this SF popup flaw to be fixed. Anyone can help as follows..

1) Go to the SF link I posted above and click the +1 button on my problems post. Its not the google one, it is used as a Counter for others that found the message and have the same problem. The more +1's on our problem, the more likely SF will take the problem seriously and try to fix it. To do this, you will have to log into the site before it will record your +1 to the total. Clicking the +1 will give you options to log in: Direct forum login, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Windows Live and Origin. Any way will let them count you, I used Google. Up to you.

2) I only posted info about my PE and what happens. Any EE users, or Anyone with info, feel free to add on comments to the problem after you log in. Anything may help them work towards our devices in general and faster.

3) It has been a while and I didn't go crazy on additions. I will add/change anything in my SF post that you think is better to have in addition to the main problem. Also, I used minimal search tags with it and I will gladly add any suggestioned tags that people feel will better help the post.

4) Any other thing you think of.

Well im bumping this, but i'm a bit disappointed that only 2-3per250 people cared to have flash streaming for their Edges. Guess it's not most users priorities or they're too lazy to sign into a forum once.
Thanks those who took the time.
Carry On.

I think you will find that it depends on how people use their edges, not everyone is into streaming media.

Personally, the few things I stream are done on my 28" monitor - at least I can see them there

That being said, you also have to contend with the 'now' culture, that is, people expect things 'now' without having to do anything about helping to get that 'now'.

All I can say is - keep trying, and if there are others that are into streaming media, let us know how you do it.

For me, this is a work tool, where having Flash or not makes no difference.

That's because the edge is born as an advanced reader with multimedia capabilities, the most of users bought it for this.

Those few people who bought it to get a Tablet plus an ereader, are not happy with it, some of them sold it.

You both have made valid points! I wasn't trying to make anyone feel bad, just hoped that there'd be a bigger community push.

Non the less thanks for reminding me of how others view our sexy Edge's. Streaming isn't my main use for my Pocket Edge, but

I'd much rather drain its battery than my phones. I do welcome any ideas for a more rounded experience.
