Complete root noob- questions.

Rooting was easy with the wiki instructions and it seems to work.. I get into the screen and can open the new reader software.

But I have no idea what to do now.

1. I can't find my books in Cool Reader... although they are still visible in the original 'home' firmware. How do I add them

2. How do I add dictionaries

3. How do I add apps?
