Using iTunes Producer to validate EPUB of client
I do freelance EPUB conversion and have my own free books iConnect account. Could I used this to validate my client's EPUB to make sure there will be no problem on their end when they deliver this on their side. Of course I will be deselecting all regions to make sure it would be available in any regional iBookstore. Can I do this and is this legal?

Couldn't you just use epubcheck? Haven't had any problems with files going to iTunes once they pass through epubcheck w/o errors.
