IQ PB701 Can not install new firmware...-exclamation mark

I have a problem with my Pocketbook IQ701. When i want to install a new firmware i press power plus volume up button it shows install new firmware on..1 second then it shows exclamation mark. And reboot my pb701. I had root but i tryed unroot and it doesnt work too. Idea?

most likely a corrupt firmware zip file. Redownload the zip file and try again.

Also, do not unzip the file.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING AN SD CARD FOR YOU UPDATE.

Yes i'm using sd card for update.

what firmware do you have right now and what firmware are you trying to flash?

Problem is resolved..I downloaded the rom for a 3attempt... for example...
I had nameoftherom-2.zip
So i download rom to the else computer and its work.
