How to convert .mobi/.prc to epubs?

I have bunch of Kindle books,plus my old N95 selfmade converts,done with Mobipocket Creator.Is there good (freeware preferrably) mobi-to epub converter?No online converters,i have ALOT of mobi books to convert.

You should use Calibre for that. It supports batch-processing.
It might be that for some books you need to do some post-processing, but in general they should be alright.

Umm,i use Calibre as my ereader manager,but there isnt option for converting FROM .mobi/.prc...is it addon or plugin?

There is no plugin needed. Calibre can convert from mobi/prc. You just have to make sure the file are not DRMed.

Calibre can manage DRMed ebooks but it can neither display their content nor convert them in any way.

If your ebooks are DRMed and you want to remove the DRM, goggle "apprentice alf". There you might find information that we can not discuss in this forum.

No,they arent DRM-ed at all,(i think,must look closely at random books).Mobipocket creator for example dont work with DRM-ed files,and rest is from web....

Nevermind,dont knew why,but now Calibre adds my Kindle collection,thus i can convert them afterwards....

Weird stuff happens,sometimes things fix themselves...

(i couldnot open my car back hatch for a week,after i yesterday ripped off all plastic covers,to look at stuff....i find nothing.All was dry,clean,intakt).After i gathered things back-hatch opened.Go figure...
