Touch Missing pages

Hi can anyone help me I have converted PDF files to mobi files and transferred them to my kobo touch but after the 50th page they are all blank pages there after when I check them on the commuter they are all there anyone with any ideas would be much appreciated

Very few people use the mobi support on the Kobo; you would have much more support if you did a conversion to ePub (if needs be, convert the mobi to ePub).
