connect to itunes not working.
Nothing happens when I click connect to itunes no error message no send to device.

I have 10.5.3.3 for itunes and 0.8.36 i haven;t tried to update via calibre since before io5 came out so if i missed something I apologise

I connect to iTunes 10.5.3 using Calibre 0.8.36 (on Windows 7) without problems. I DO tend to have started iTunes before I try to make the connect, and I do not have an iDevice plugged in at the time.
