Music Handling on the Sony PRS-T1
I am new to my PRS-T1 and am hoping someone can help me here.
I copied some music files to the reader using Windows Explorer and they showed up without a problem. My issue is that each tune resides in its own directory, for lack of a better term, so each time a particular piece of music ends you have to go back to the audio section and start the next selection manually. Is there a way to have all of the files listed sequentially so that once you start a piece playing it will move to the next file automatically, negating the need to start each one separately? I also tried removing the music from the reader, installing the Reader Software and then bringing it back in using that software. I ended up with the same segmentation of the tracks which brought me back to me where I had started. Thanks for you help in advance. |

I suspect that your music files are different artist and albums. The Sony ereaders group songs by albums. What you want to do is create a "fake" album that mimics a playlist like you might have on an MP3 player. Here is a related thread that explains how to do that.
