There is no kernel mode code in calibre so it cannot cause blue screens even if it wantend to. You likely have a hardware issue.

Go to Preferences > Miscellaneous and change the number of Max. simultaneous conversion/news to download/plugin jobs. Set it to a lower number. This will use less cores of your processor and maybe prevent 100% CPU usage. Go all the way down to 2 if need be.

FANS and or LINT is a common BSOD cause under load.

Bulging (failing) Capacitors, is another. (the tops with a X, should not be domed or split )

After testing for a few days, I changed the memory module, but the problem still exists. As long as the number of tasks exceeds 2, a blue screen of death will appear.

Reducing it to 2 can indeed reduce the blue screen frequency, but in this case, the efficiency will be very slow.
