Error Installing Calibre - Ended Prematurely

I was getting an error when I tried to install 1.33. Now I am getting the same error installing 1.34.

"calibre Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup wizard."

I have tried the install several times. I have tried rebooting. Anyone know what the problem could be?

@tarisea - This happened to me recently - here's what I did

ensured my library and configuration backups were fully up to date (I use a file synch utility to do this)
checked that none of calibre was running - use task manager to see if there are any background tasks eg calibre-parallel etc. If there are any then kill them - in my case there weren't because I'd just done a restart.
ran the msi for the version I was using, I think it was 1.31, I got what you see in the attachment
clicked the Remove button

I was then able to install 1.32

I had a similar problem with Fast Picture Viewer. I put it down to a problem with Windows Trusted Installer, or with my registry.
