Just a quick question. Will the prs t1 fit into a man's shirt pocket? Thanks,

Only if it was an oversize shirt pocket. Maybe a 511 Tactical shirt's document pockets. The T1 is not exactly cellphone size.

Get the PRS-350 if you want a pocket reader.

Width wise, it fits in my jeans back pocket and most of my button down shirt pockets. The top will stick out of course.

hmmm, I double-checked mine against my shirt pockets. Some will fit it, some will not. But not what I consider an attractive look to have an ereader hanging out the shirt pocket.

even if it does fit, you'll look like a goof with a reader scratching out and weighing down your shirt. Seriously.

In a pocket, you risk it becoming broken. Not worth the risk (IMHO).

I think T1 is more flexible than the 650 due to the plastic and rubber casing. Last edited by FinancialWar; 12-28-2011 at 06:03 PM. Reason: spelling |

Rubble - is that before or after you drop it from your shirt pocket onto a paving slab ?

Eeek! way too scary to imagine carrying it in a pocket like that. You drop something on the floor and you instinctively bend over to pick it up - crash goes the reader. And like others have mentioned it's too big for a shirt pocket. You'll have your shoulder seam at your waist.
It's a light reader but it's not a shirt pocket light reader. Shirt pockets are for small things like pens and business cards maybe, not a reader. |

I frequently wear a men's velvet business jacket and find the reader fits in either the side pockets or the inside breast pocket.

The unit probably is more flexible, which means that cracking the glass substrate is that much easier.
