Calibre Portable Library Location

Is there any way to get Calibre to use the current directly as a starting place to look for the library as opposed to using the full path name? What I mean is that I use Dropbox to store Calibre Portable and my library, however I have Dropbox on multiple OS's so on my XP machine its

C:\Documents and Settings\User\MyUser\Dropbox\Calibre\Calibre Library or something close and on Win7 its

C:\Users\MyUser\Roaming\Profile\Dropbox\Calibre\Ca libre Library or something close to that

So when I start Calibre I usually get missing library errors and such and its a pain to fix. So is there a way to have Calibre just look under Calibre\Calibre Library no matter what the rest of the path is??

The calibre-portable.exe executable always looks in Calibre Library for the library. Use it, not calibre.exe.
