ePub to Mobi: Kindle shows br> on top

I'm really sorry if I'm making an already resolved question, but I just deceided to write because I've been searching for a while and haven't find an answer...

I have convert an epub to Mobi with Calibre 0.8.31 and everything's fine when I read the Mobi on my Kindle 4. But when I pass chapters from the last to the first, in a chapter an annowying code is shown in top:

I don't know why this happens. If you pass chapters from first to last, it doesn't happen, just from last to first.

Any idea?

That appears to be a broken/malformed tag (that is being skipped when you jump to the Next page)
The tag should properly be <br />
I suggest using Sigil's Search and replace (interactively) to fix this error (I would remove, as it is commonly to be used to space the following text downward)

I have a problem when I convert from ePub to mobi (for Kindle). When I read the Mobi created with Calibre, and pass the chapters from last to first, in some chapters appears at the top of the page some code. It's strange because that code is not on the epub file (I have checked it quite time). This code seems to be incomplete and it is shown only at the top of the chapter, only when I pass the from last to first.

Do you know how can I fix this? :S Anyway of editing a Mobi?

Can I edit mobi with Sigil in order to make what you suggeded?

The < of p tag was missing or miss converted (One of the fixes in today's, 8.32 may fix this) so the rest of the tag became text.
instead of the instruction to center and set margins.
get 8.32 then convert again.
That failing, get Sigil and run flightcrew then fix the malformed HTML that is triggering this, then convert again.

Sigil can not edit Mobi, but may fix the EPUB.

Upgrade to 0.8.32 and run the conversion again. The following is from the What's New area of calibre's web site.
