Proper endnotes in lrf converted from fb2
In lrf files, converted by Calibre from fb2, there are links to the endnotes, but no way to return back to the text. Sony's lrf converter creates both links to the endnotes and back links. Is there any way to make Calibre converter create endnotes like in Sony's lrf converter?
