Using Bookmarks

When using bookmarks when I go back to the book it goes many, many pages past where I bookmarked it. How do you get it to where you left off while reading it? I get discouraged when this happens..Please help if you can...Thank you and have a very great holiday season....

While that often happens to me with physical books (often forget to move the bookmark), that's never happened to me with ebooks.

What device do you have?

Since you don't specify what device you're using and there isn't one listed in your profile it's hard to give you an answer. You'll also get a faster response if you post your question in the sub-forum for the device: Sony, Kindle, Kobo, Nook etc.

I`m sorry. I have no device other than my computer. I am using calibre on it.
