Screen sensitivity
Generally, I find the Vox touch screen extremely sensitive. Often, when turning a page in the reader it will jump two pages. Also in the browser or Settings or in my library, I find it very difficult to swipe the screen to scroll down, without selecting a link or setting or opening a book. Is there a trick? (I still have not removed the protective film the screen came with.)
However, when I'm reading a book with the Reader in portrait mode and tap the screen to bring up the header and footer, I find the Annotation (pencil) icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen very difficult to launch unless I turn the device into landscape mode, when it's a button called "Annotations". It's like the top RH corner of the screen is not very sensitive. Sometimes wetting my finger works better, but peeling back the protective film from that corner makes no difference. Has anyone else experienced this? |
