Bringing US PRS-T1 back to the UK

Okay, I'm sure this has already been asked and answered, but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm working in the US for a couple of weeks, before heading back to the UK. I can buy a PRS-T1 for less than $100, which is about £65, which is a fair old saving. I've had a bit of play with one in Best Buy, and it appears that the config can be changed to British English - keyboard, spelling, time / date formats etc. Does anyone know of any issues that would hinder a US T1 from working properly in the UK ? No, US models do not include a charger, only the USB cable which charges off your computer. The charger itself to plug into a wall socket isn't really a necessity, just nice to have in case. I've gotten lucky I guess in that any spare USB cables I've had laying around with the same size connectors has worked perfectly, in fact mine from the readers are still sealed in plastic in the original boxes. And also that the plug-in wall charger from my LG Rumor Touch cell phone works perfectly to charge the 350 without a computer.
