cross platform ereader (app) with sync/printing capability

Hello,

I would like to be able to:

1. book format: epub, pdf, (optional) mobi
2. read same book on multiple devices
3. bookmark, highlight, annotate in file, sync among devices
4. full text search
5. print selected pages with highlight and annotation

As of now I have Kobo wifi, Sony PRS-T1, ASUS Transformer tablet and Windows 7.

epub: Sony PRS-T1 can sync with Reader for PC, not sure about Android tablet, but unable to print

pdf: looking for a good app which can sync to PC and print
