PDF to ePub for iPad help needed
I would like to know if we can TWEEK the EPUB from Caliber for better quality and navigation I have a 420 page PDF that I converted but the EPUB quality is not great and my PDF BOOKMARKS and TOC links don't work... can anyone help?

PS This EPUB is for IPAD ONly and was wondering if anyone has a File of all of the code that APPLE needs to have this document fully funcional on the IPAD

Essentially any epub that works in calibre's viewer will work similarly on the iPad. Post in the Sigil or ePub mobileread forums for specific guidance.

Use the app GoodReader and read the PDF. Converting it to ePub will give you no end of hassles. Overall, it's not worth the bother and it's a heck of a lot of bother.
