one chapter in eBook loads very slowly
In the attached ebook created using ebook-convert and some test data from Wikipedia, chapter 5, "Escape in February 2008", loads extremely slowly relative to all the other chapters, causing Calibre to swoon into near-timeout. However, it is not very long, only a few pages. Any ideas why this chapter in particular could be problematic?
