Hello, I live in Washington state and I have a Literati e-book reader. I don't know much about computers but I am trying to learn.

I bought a Sharper Image Literati a few months ago. Now it won't let me into the store or download books from my library/ I can get into the store online though. Please could anyone tell me what to do to get it to work again. I tried to contact Literati and they said to go to Kobo. Help please.
