Best Buy ad says Kindle Touch - 11/16

This Sunday's Best Buy ad shows a picture/description of the Kindle Touch ($99) and says in stores on 11/16.
Right above it, the Kindle Fire is shown as in stores 11/15.

They both have a footnote that says "delivery date subject to change" but we are pretty close to said delivery date. Would love it if the Touch shipped early...would be upset if you can get it at Best Buy before Amazon

That is interesting, if that is accurate I hope Amazon ships ours out early, like on the 16th.

I received an email from Bestbuy claiming they had the Fire TODAY. Already deleted because I'm not interested but if you live close and want a Fire you may want to go to the store and check.

Best Buy is notorious for not having a clue as far as what they have in stock. I would treat their advertisements and emails with a grain of salt.

You can check through their website if it's really in stock or not. I have done that and went to BB for some electronic purchase only for it to be nowhere seen. I just mention "Well your website says you have it." After a double check on their PC sure enough they looked in back and I was right and got my purchase.

I think some of the Best Buy stores are ran by Dr. Lexus from Idiocracy.

Ditto. I even had them look up an item that was supposed to be in stock and then tell me they didn't have it in stock. Complained to a manager who researched further and found it on a shelf in the back room. I've also had them list items in stock, ordered it for in store pickup, then get over there and find it wasn't in stock so they substituted it for another item without asking me. I paid over the web and they couldn't refund my money due to a 24 hour required time lapse before you can return an item! The manager learned a few new words that day!

There has been times I liked to have let a few helpers have those words.
