ereader!!!!!

hi, just wondering if anyone can help me? i have bought a binatone ereader for my mam for xmas. i wanted to put a couple of books on for her and have bought 3. however i can get them on my pc but not on the ereader. i did manage to get 1 on but it says unsupported, i have read bits on here and understand a litle bit about drm is this the reason i cant get the book?
im so frustrated with this,i thought it would be easy, im about to return this ereader back to the shop and forget all about it. im not very good with the pc and my mam is even worse so dont know if i should give up! help!!!

what format are the books you bought ?

when you connect the reader to the pc can you see the reader as a drive with a letter before it when you click on "MY COMPUTER".

hi, mick. thanks for the reply i think the problem is drm. the reader says drm compatible but ive downloaded calibre and that says its protected by drm. i think im going to give up, take it back and go with a kindle! thanks anyway, suzanne.
