Does someone know how to download and install Adobe Flash Player
(Pocketbook pro603)

I don't see a Linux 32-bit ARM version of Flash Player on Adobe's website. The Linux x86 desktop versions are built around the X Window system, so even if an ARM version was built, it would probably need an X display, as well (which the Pocketbook doesn't have). So, I wouldn't hold my breath for this.
