Calibre not accessiing Kindle 2

Always had small issues loading books to kindle. like loading one at a time, ejecting (error reading), then the next book. But after loading Norton360 Calibre cannot read the Kindle, even if it shows as connected. Is this a Calibre issue, or Norton, or Kindle? Please help!

Stop Norton and tell us what happens.
