E-mail Question

I noticed that when I open an e-mail and reply to it, the PE brings me back to my list of e-mails. Is there a way to set the system up so that once I reply to an e-mail, it brings me right back to that e-mail and not to the list?

Also, I set up different signatures, but I can't figure out how to change from the default one while in the create/reply mode.

Other email related question. is there anyway to change the default folder in Froyo email or K-9 so that it is "all mail" and not inbox? I have my desktop siphoning up my inbox at home and it takes several clicks to get to where I can actually read my emails.
