PDF Newsletter organization

Hey everyone, I have a ton of epubs as well as a lot of pdf newsletters from different organizations. iBooks is a terrible interface for keeping all of these files properly labeled and organized in a logical fashion on my iPad. I was hoping that with NewsStand in IOS5, I could import those newsletters into NewsStand in a more periodical-friendly environment. But, sadly, NewsStand doesn't work that way.

Does anybody know an iPad app that can properly and elegantly handle downloaded pdf periodicals? Or, even more ideally, a single app that can handle the periodicals AND the epubs?
