Exclamation Ideas for a case for prs650

Hi,
As my previous post states I am wanting to buy a sony prs-cl65 (sony ereader cover with light) But If I can't get one of these.. I was wondering can anyone suggest a good cover for my sony 650?

But I am still hoping - one of you who are wanting to upgrade to the new Ti ereader will sell me their prs650 lighted cover..

I had the feeling that 650 covers will be hard to find once the new reader is out. I found this one yesterday and ordered one each for mine and my wife's. Free shipping too.

http://www.datavis.com/cgi-bin/produ...8466&site=GOGL

I just received the cover offered at Data vision and it will NOT fit the PRS 650. It is made for the PRS 600 only.

Heres one that is popular around here.

http://www.amazon.com/igadgitz-Genui...6521415&sr=8-1

I got it for my girlfriends 650. She loves it. Has a nice button clasp. Not the cheap magnetic ones you see on a lot of covers or a non existant one like on sonys cheap covers. Yes that sony cover is cheap at under 5 bucks. But it is brown,(which may be the reason for the price reduction, the black elsewhere goes for $20) faux leather no clasp.

Dont bother with getting a new sony lighted cover. They are way overpriced.($50+) I sure you would even be paying a premium for a used sony cover. I doubt anyone will just give you their used cover cheap. I have seen used 650 lighted covers go for over $30. Besides do you really want a used cover?? I doubt people always wash their hands before reading their books.

Just get a nice clip light for a non lighted book cover.

Tony, I have the black Sony Reader cover with light and I like it very much. I don't use the light very often but it is nice to have when I want to read in dimly lit situations. The Sony covers have a magnetic closure in the two right-hand corners that correspond to two small magnets built into the reader. They work well to keep the cover closed while not in use. The hinge attachment is secure and allows easy access to the buttons and slots around the perimeter of the reader.

I am a bit confused about your comments on used covers. The ones I mentioned are new and unwrapped. Like I've said, I have a Sony cover in black. A brown one will not match the reader, but for darker colors I do not figure it matters that much. A brown cover can look like a classy book just as well as a black one.

I like this case.

I can sit the reader up for hands free reading.

I have a portable light for the few times I need one. Only time I have used it, is when we lost power from the hurricane.

Earlier I posted a source for a cheap Reader Touch cover. It will not fit the PRS-650.

I had an Oberon Cover for my 650, jacket-style with velcro fasteners. I called Oberon and asked them if they would make a special order of one of their discontinued 600 covers for me. They did. Their customer service is great and the covers are beautiful, if a bit pricey.

I bought this case (Navitech PRS 650 case) from Amazon UK.

It fits well, and offers very good protection, while keeping all controls accessible. Price was very good, and delivery was within 10 days to NZ. Cover is a very soft leather and feels high quality in hand - certanly more robust than "official" Sony covers, and less than half the price.

.
I saw this one yesterday on eBay. In pink or black. Only 10 €
I don't know if it's great but it's cheap an then you can wait for the one you want.
In the other hand, i have the original one but without light. It's easier to carry on and i have bought the energizer reading lamp in a mall. It's Incredible how it brights and being diferent thing, i can use it only when i need.
I have got several reading lamps an it's the brightness one.
